I agree, in itself the karting engine is relatively insignificant, but a bit like kart bumpers, you fail to understand the cumalative effect of small changes. Honda has become very complacent in all of it's markets, it's attitude towards kart engines (or lack of attitude if you like) is only one small symtom of this.
