Aah yes,

Ideally its on a dyno!

There is a way in which you can do it by ear/revs though and that is by doing the following:

To make this bit easier, you may want to turn the idle down a touch first. You also want to do this with the engine warm, so start it up and leave it to idle for a few mins, then give it a few revs.

With the engine idling:
- Adjust the Mixture Screw so you get the highest idle RPM.
- Then, turn the screw OUT one quater.
- Rev the engine to check it runs smoothly.

That should do the trick for you. Its not perfect, but its as best as you can do without a dyno.
