When you turned it on it's side, were the red flywheel covers facing the floor, or the sky?

If you turned it with the covers facing the floor, its possible that you may have a little bit of engine oil in your carbs.

Take both carbs off and clean them out, and then put them back on and try again.

If that still doesnt work, then on the back of the carbs, you should see a gold screw, next to a black screw. Turn the black screw up approx. half a turn, and see if that makes any difference.

If neither of those things work, I hope someone with a bit more experience and knowledge than me has a solution for you.

Regards,
Ferdinand Ball
