The spark plugs allowed under the ABkC regulations are:

NGK:
- BPR6ES
- BP6ES
- BPR5ES
- BP5ES

Denso:
- W20EPR-U
- W20EP-U
- W16EPR-U
- W16EP-U

Also, with reguards to oil, I use 410ml in each engine for sprints. I don't do endurances, but I'd probably use about 450ml.
