Personally the first thing I would check is for oil in the area above the pistons. Remove the spark plugs and try turning the engines over. Oil coming out of the spark plug hole will be the indicator if this is the problem. Keep pulling the starter until all the oil is out this should clear the compression lock. Replace the spark plugs and the engines should now start.Providing that is the problem.
