after an oil change - none.

during an oil change - fill to half way up the threads of the dipstick and filler plugs (with engine level/both filler plugs at same height).
or run less and risk the white metal bottom end.

Legal spark plugs -search for many many links to the tech regs, sometimes referred to as Ratpro regs.
Apparently 2010 regs are coming soon.
