PF is weird one, most other places run YDS's much lower, I know you have an R1 but on an R2 i'd start off with 28PSI at the front and 42PSI at the rear and you should be somewhere about right. Gearing is 20/67 allthough depending on weight maybe try 20/68 or 69.
