You have a fair point ADZ, and I was by no means suggesting that there is a majority either way.
My point was simply that there are ALOT (not ALL) of co-owned endurance teams aswell as the large amount of single driver sprint teams, and if you look all over the country at the amount of endurance events over the amount of sprint events, I think my point is still very valid. And if this were to be a Sprint only festival, that would exclude a large amount of teams; EQUALLY if it was an Endurance only festival. I also believe that this event appeals to more than just the W/L crowd, as I know a few people at my local Three Sisters endurance meeting are certainly interested in an endurance event there, and a few people have already responded to this thread detailing that they would be prepared to travel.
The only out come for my made point would have been to hope for an Endurance aswell as a Sprint to cater for all types of teams.
Take care, Rhauri
