Cheers for all the info, I thought i had put it together wrong. Any sugestions on what material to use on the bottom of the kart. It had a red plastic sheet that was in a bad way so i replaced it with a new plastic sheet that broke as soon as i put some weight on it. I was thinking of getting a sheet of aluminium cut to fit, is this ok?
