i skimmed 40 thou of an old "k" spec head,advanced timing 8degrees,flat top piston from 160 "t" spec,polished valves,smoothed out the inlet and exhaust ports,2 side gaskets for bit more crank end float.also bought a better cam from a firm in usa,put candy cane exhaust on it aswell.you can do much more but up to you.this engine flys now and is used by my son in the club pro formula at red lodge.check this website and see if it is of help:www.affordablegokarts.com regards mick.
