Rule of thumb for Locktite is use RED for anything that rotates.

BLUE is for temporary fixtures. Thus ones which you may wish to remove under maintentance; e.g. clutch bolt.

RED is for permanent fixtures; e.g. stub stubs.

If necessary that you must remove RED Locktite fixtures; an alternate to a lot of brute force & possible fixture/fitting damage is to heat up the fixture. Locktite breaks down at about 260 degC (500 degF).

Be wary that the Red/Blue colour is for the fluid contents, not necessarily the bottle packaging.
