They're 100% 170mm (Measuring from the inside of the rim on one side to the inside of the rim of the other).

Everything else on this sodding kart has been cock-eyed doesn't suprise me to learn that the wheels are too :)

I guess the 120mm on the front rather than 115mm isn't really going to matter then?
