What you're talking about is moving the cam gear, the amount equivalent to a fraction of a tooth.

It is not really a DIY proposition as of a minimum you will need to make a special tool to move it without damage (mine is fabricated from a motorcycle alloy top yoke).

You could just knock it round a bit and then test but really you will need to work out how much your engine needs (not being Honda it might be slightly different). For this you need a degree disc and a dial guage.

All in all, probably not worth the hassle unless you're looking for less than 1/2 a second.
