Took my biland kart out today and had a few problems with the water pressure. Basically as soon as the water get warm the pressure seem to build up so much it just wants to escape (exit into the overflow bottle and overflow that bottle)

The only thing i think it might be the breather banjo as i snapped the original off (due to over tightening) And replaced with a home made one. Will this effect the pressure of the rad? I blew through the pipe and its not blocked though! I have changed the pipe from the thin clear tube to a 8mm black reubber one (if that would effect anyting??)

Any help or people experienced the same problems with the answers would be most appreciated...
