Best way of doing this is to remove the whole carb, then theres a bolt at the bottom of the carb bowl just unscrew that. Inside you will see various jets, remove them remembering where they came from and just blast each hole and jets with either an airline or a carb cleaner.

Put back together and should be ok but if it isnt you can adjust the idle speed by screwing the black plastic cross screw on the side of the carb
