I have a pair of gx160 engines which were very strong but have dropped off all of a sudden.
They have only done about 15 hrs since rebuild and have the oil and valve springs changed every 6 hrs (1 meeting).
I went out first practice and all was o.k then on the next session seemed o.k then half way through i suffered with valve bounce and they sound flat top end (valve springs now changed).
The only thing i have changed recently is the oil from cool power to something else, could it be the oil is thickening up as the engines heat up or something to do with the carbs?

They seem ok until they heat up.

Any help will be appreciated
