Im not sure about the valve springs but it is worthwhile getting the debaffled exhausts. The baffle broke in mine and fell into the engine. Thankfully this happened during transport so the engine wasnt damaged. A debaffled exhaust is also meant to add 0.5 hp to the engine :) . As far as i know the baffles have to be removed and sealed by prokart engineering.
