Hi, you want the top castor adjuster with the DOT facing forward and the bottom adjuster facing DOT backwards.

FRONT 110 rims, 40mm spacing
REAR 150 rims, 160mm from the bearing carrier to the face of the hub.

Torsion bar IN!

This also depends on the tyres you are using.
