As many of you know, we were forced to cancel the October round of the Pro kart sprint series due to the planning issues we were having. These are now FULLY resolved and we are now back up to speed with our owner driver events including new practice sessions for 2 strokes and, I have to say, are really looking forward to next season. We have lots planned and really want to build on the great club atmosphere that we've had in the past. Next seasons championship should be the best yet with different layouts, superpole and I'm even considering running the track in reverse for one round!
But before all this happens, we need to conclude 2008 business. We have the December round to run and that just leaves us with what to so with the one round that we lost?
I had mentioned maybe running a double points meeting in December but a few of you were against that in case you had a bad round and it was then made doubly bad so we have now, as suggested at the November round, added the final round (Round to be run on January 11th 2009.
In addition to this being the final round of the 2008 Championship, this meeting will ALSO be the 2009 "O PLATE" meeting both for Subarus and Hondas (Senior and Junior O plates up for grabs).....
We will then look to have the presentation in Feb/March and launch the most exciting season to date. Watch this space for more details about next year.
