Well it would need some pretty dramatic change in the inertia value of anything not rotating at engine speed (eg. sprocket) to make a measurable difference. So we are left with the rotating parts of the engine plus the clutch. No chance of altering the inertia value of the engine parts. Clutch inertia estimated at 10% of total engine rotating parts inertia so 52% of 10%.
