Couldn't agree more with paras 1 and 2 ,thought I had made that clear already here and in the budget engine thread . As for TKM are we to assume that the later series engines with the heavier crank but the same barrel, V clutch or dd or all clutched versions are at a disadvantage to the extent that a change in the restrictors is needed?
As knighty is very reasonably not giving details of his clutch it is difficult to comment on whether most people would think it 'legal' but to me the rules suggest that anything significantly different from the long established' norm ' would be out.
