From back to the front:

Bumper tight
Ride height high
Read width 150mm on Douglas Lv rims (other rims have different offset).
Side pod bars tight
Front ride height standard
No spacers (save for the 2.5mm silver one) again with the Douglas mag Lv rim
2mm total toe out
Castor fully off (with the eccentrics) or 1 strip showing on the snipers
Camber 2mm neg
Tyre pressure 20psi hot

In all of this I have assumed that the seat is in the correct position and the chassis is straight.
