Socrates (or his method, really) wins the day again!

I'd prefer if you WERE right! Life would be better if we could RELY on quoted BHP figures. I can't see how that's going to happen, though.

On a slightly different problem, inertial dynos are pretty scary! I know one tuner who had one with a brake; ran the motor to full power and applied the brake as you would for arriving at a tight hairpin. The floor mounting bolts promptly tore out as so much torque was being applied trying to slow that hefty flywheel and the Dyno and engine smashed their way out of the 'room' in which they were housed! Luckily, he was not IN the room when this happened having his monitoring bay outside in an adjoining room.

Be careful with these things!
