it sounds like the jetting .check the idle one is 27.5 and 130 main is for the 300cc .check theres no air leaks on the vacuum pipe to the pump, cable tie every joint.check there is a thermostat in the head .the engines usually warm up quickly because of having a stat.if you are in wales its probably one of my old karts.
