erm...... over a year ago I was told by Matt at Dartford Karting that running Joe Gibbs KRT was worth 100rpm on his dyno versus running Cool Power oil......on the track you also notice it in the lap times, but a small margin at that.......also if your engine has been receiving mineral oil one day, then synthetic oil another day, then its highly probable you have glazed your cylinder bore and the engine is now at a state of very low cylinder pressure, as the piston rings are not sealing on the bore....... and therefore needs a re-build with a bore re-hone and a new set of piston rings
