Making the assumption you're referring to a Prokart, connect it in the bullet connector just under the on/off switch.

Remove the insulation (about 1cm) stick the end through the hole at the end of the mail connector and then refit the female connector. You're looking for the uninsulated wire to get compressed between the male and female connector. Sorry for the poor explanation, but I'm sure it will make sense when you have the connection in front of you.
