Paul is doing a great job at PFI... I think everyone has noticed a massive change in the atmosphere... the pricing is much more reasonable now and you don't have to worry about being charged Ł10 extra for wearing blue shoes. It got a bit silly and was very off putting...

the grids are also showing that Paul is doing something right. there seems to be much more interest in ear shot.

Keep up the good work Paul if you're reading
