Richard at UFO gives out a running in sheet. It goes something like start with a 10 min session max revs 5000 second 10 mins max 5.500 gradually building through the day to the last session were u can rev as high as u like. But he recommends changing the running in oil after 30 mins so by the end of a full days testing u should have done at least 2 oil changes and the engine is run in but it will always keep bedding in the more u use it just change the oil more frequently when new. Or until the oil doesn't show signs of Ali or metal particulars
