typically the t1 is 2 & 3 thou for the inlet and exhaust respectively - cold.

head bolt torque I will need to come back on. There used to be a maximum torque setting in the regulations which was the same as that specified in the Honda manual and right now I can't remember what that is. It isn't as tight as you might think though.
