it seems a little harsh on RPM,i would imagine that they have been hearing for years all about the cadet dads ruining prokarting, and so has made an attempt to appease both parties by trying to bring in a new class for prokarters and thus taking them out of the SP 160 money go round.while allowing the bonkers dads to buy the "super" engines.
As for monopolies, roger has put his money down ,this may or may not work for him, he must have had to pre- prepare a certain amount of engines before anyone signed up? You also get the chance to complain if you think your engine is "off", and get another! that does not happen in any other class.
Also if you do race in Honda and want to win,why would you NOT have an RPM engine???
