I am also pretty sure you don't have to run with a restrictor there if you are on a T1. But bring it along just in case.
Regarding the gearing we used to run a 76 sprocket on the rear but with a 19 tooth clutch.
It is a low grip circuit and we found higher pressures worked best. What is your race number? I will come and give you a look.
