In effect its just one engine builders response to Kelvin and the MSA's attempts to even out the playing field (note, not attempt to detune the 'big motors'). I'm keen to see the response from others, I hear talk of twin Comer S60's, dynoed to 3.55hp with a weight penalty of 7 ounces and no TV before bed for those who fail to comply.
