the Gx160 flywheel is a good start and improves the ignition timing over a Gx200 flywheel.

There is a section on mapping in this article:

By understanding when things are happening you can make a better decision when choosing which key to buy or make(it's an easy job to make a stepped key)
I found 32deg btdc was the best ignition timing so map yours and see what you have.
