It was really dissapointing to see how few Honda Cadets now race at Wombwell.

It is a great circuit that doesnt rely on big power but gives everyone a chance.

It has a great family atmosphere and the marshalls and " behind the scenes" staff are brilliant.

There is catering courtesy of a burger van onsite and an icecream van too.

You can park overnight FOC and if you dont want to, the racing doesnt start till 11, so you get a nice long lie too.

Unlike some cicuits where we race there was no loading, no firing off on the corners, just good, safe racing.

Oh, and although we didnt win one this time, the trophies are fantastic as well.

I am not an official of SYKC.

I'm just a parent of a child who loves to race in a safe environment where unfair tactics are not tolerated but we need more Honda Cadets to race against. We will be there for the next round. Come and beat us (If you can)

WELL DONE EVERYONE AT SYKC
