then you'll need one of these http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Britool-Bi-Hexagon-Socket-12-Point-Regular-1-4-In-Drive-1-4-In-Socket-Af14-/350834917008?pt=UK_Hand_Tools_Equipment&hash=item51af63fe90
and a 1/4 drive torque wrench (try machine mart)
might be worth emailing ARC and ask them to mail you the instructions for the rod as you could take a wrong turn
