Lets just stick to the facts here please.putting everything else a side.
The manoeuvre which was attempted is what is in question most of us have considerable experience on the circuit, and know where the most appropriate places are to pass(they tend to be the safest) these known passing places are also where we as drivers expect to challenged and are therefore ready for the challenge should it happen, there are also other opportunities that present an overtaking manoeuvre which we will attempt as that is what our sport is about, it,s what makes it so exciting and sometimes unpredictable.occasionally we all get it wrong and you end up with contact which I totally accept but it is acceptable within the safety and respect for each other!
What I experienced did not fall into any of the above it was a situation I was put into by a very experienced driver that was only ever going to end up in an accident!
The only way I can get the point across is to explain what happened.
I had past James on the outside after he had gone wide coming out of the infield prior to the chicane,I then purposely placed my kart as near to outside racing line entering the chicane to stop him coming back up the inside of me as we approached the middle of the corner I saw his nose cone appear to the right of me,so given my position this would have put his kart approx three qtrs on the grass.i was already committed and had no where else to go,so from that point he was either going to go straight into the tyres or run into me,from me seeing his cone within a split second I was on my over. In my opinion this was not an overtaking opportunity that could be attempted safely, without putting himself or the other driver at risk.
I don,t think I am alone when expressing that I have s major concern with the driving standard that was demonstrated not only in this situation but others before this also and from what I have learned during the rest of that meeting.
I would welcome a conversation with him if he wants that opportunity as yetI have heared nothing from him.
I will state again that I am not trying to get anyone or the circuit into trouble I merely want it accepted that that is not an acceptable driving standard from anyone and these situations will not be allowed without some sort of penalty being applied.
If i was left with these injuries after an attempted pass that was of the norm I would not be having this conversation I would have accepted it and it would just be that I was unlucky on the day but this one was so avoidable.

Sorry for going on a bit.
