I didn't think you'd said it was indoor.....

New tyres are not cheap but....

The cheapest solution would probably be to approach Rotax drivers performing at a high level and ask them for their 'cast-offs' which will not have done many laps but still be 'below perfect' for their use. To them, those tyres are just 'scrap' but they may still hold considerable improvements for your (probably) old, rock-hard tyres.
