you need to get the weight up first and also in the right place as this will change the handling of the kart massively, then test and ask the driver how it feels or watch closely and adjust the front/rear to compensate for what you see, it is hugely dependant on driver feel, we used to run 15mm in on rear on our chassis even though no one else on the same chassis did so, now on a different chassis and our best set up is way different again!
