the custom made/wider belts are made to solve what issue?

I know of no Biland cambelt issue, apart from sorting the gaps with some duct tape to keep out stones.

It is a simple job to keep the std belt at the correct tension and in good order.
It costs around Ł7 for a belt and takes all of 15 mins to adjust/change/look after.
It is a consumable and just needs changing regularly for peace of mind.

Sorry Thomas but in my opinion you have just created more power sapping drag by increasing the Biland SA250 cam belt width.

Even the extra tension pulley, sold as a placebo effect/fix was overkill and not needed.

-now if you had solved the bottom end issue...
