We run slicks in the wet at Teeside, no need to change rims, just adjust set-up.
As a guild, around 165 rear, 19 to 20 degrees with 20 to 60 out on the front, tight side-bars & track time for what suits you & your chassis & how wet, how cold?
Ps rear torsion bar can make the front “push-on” or under-steer too much, try both
