hi 130 fronts 200 rears will work best on the mk4 7kart/dry running// at most tracks rye/clay/whilton/ 17 front end is a good place to start but weather/hot cold /tyre pressures will make the biggest changes to lap times /and the only way is track time /keeping all set up changes noted down so u build up info of wot the kart dose in wot conditions hope that helps a bit greg lg-racing
