Help needed (I have checked back threads but cannot find anything)

My lad is just starting honda cadet at Rye and wondered if any of you would be so kind as to give me a base set-up to work from

I know set-up is a black art, but a happy medium to start with from including tyre press, gearing, front/rear track would be most appreciated
