No, I didn't change the jets, but would swapping the carb off the other engine not have ruled this out? I think the engine is running rich if anything, the plug looks rather black the new exhaust soothed up in 30 seconds and there is quite a bit of white smoke? I'm far from an expert at diagnosing problems with engines
