Thanks for the tips guys. Looks like I'll have to be a bit careful what chassis to select.

My problem is I'm selecting the chassis for a foreign ASN in for thier first official kart class and it would be good if the engine went on without a fuss.

The other requirement is that the chassis must be very low cost! I've found an Italian CIK type kart for 1300 euros, just hope the engine fits.
