Hi,

One of my engines (gx160) is not running right. I fitted a pulse pump and changed the exhaust, also removed the fans. Now the engine is popping on tickover but the main issue is that when the choke is removed the engine revs as if full throttle is applied.

The above modifications were carried out to the second engine that is running great, I have tried swapping the carb, pulse pump, spark plug to no effect off the good engine.had both throttle linkages apart too, really out of ideas now anyone else have any?
