depends. not just overall lap time. Because we all know our engines inside out if you turn up with loads of acceleration and not loose out too much on top speed you are obviously running a bent engine, even if your lap time isnt quick.

an Ecomoto at 300cc is about as far as you can take it anyway. tune any further and you will need more than one engine to compete.

Tech-F1, Swiss Auto, Suter Vampire, tuning is not allowed, it WILL be too fast. Biland is subjective, can do a little bit but not too much but these are rare nowdays anyway
