Not a good idea.
You need to have both engines balanced to each other otherwise all sorts of interactive twisting loads will become present.
In effect treat your prokart twin engines like a twin cylinder motor and keep both to the same specification.
The only practical way to get the best of both worlds(torque & HP)in an engine is to incorporate VVT either mechanically or hydraulically.
And for sure - the top guys in karting and engine preparation will have tried the torque/HP engine combination allready and if it didn't work for them forget it!
