Tom....

As the owner of 2 Prokarts and an ardent proponent of the Aixro.... I too like 4 strokes. However, I grew-up (as if!) on 2 strokes and know what they can do!

I am not a religious zealot and I appreciate that 2 strokes offer a FANTASTIC perfomance level for S*D ALL expenditure.

I just wanted others to know that there are CHEAPER ways of 'going faster' than trying to tune one or two HEAVY and SLOW generator engines!

The 4 stroke and the 2 stroke EACH have a place in karting. I am sorry that you can only see pleasure from ONE type of motor! You are missing half the fun!

And I'll add this.... if electric motors can deliver the right performance/endurance/cost benefits or something like a Sterling engine can be made to work for karts.... I'll suppport those TOO!

But you won't!

Go try the Aixro and feel what a REAL, modern kart engine feels like!
