You can tune relatively cheaply by canibalising parts from other GX models. Use the 14cc cylinder head with the UT1 flat top piston and Gx200 head gasket to bring the compression to around 10:1. Also use the camshaft and carb from the GX200. File down the keyway to advance the ignition. Ditch the plastic intake and get a carb adaptor to take a clamp on K&N type filter and make up a tubular exhaust. Simples.!
Alternatively if you want to spend money then prokartengineparts have good tuning parts sourced from the states.
