the standard 250 was claimed to have 30 bhp ,but was slower than the 28 bhp biland ,ive not dynoed the bigger bore engines but its their low end torque that makes them a second a lap quicker than the 250.the engines can do 50 hours depending on how they are treated .most of the engine is capable of 100s of hours ,but the big end is always first to go .rod kits are still available at 140 euros plus postage .
